Monthly Subscriptions

Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not permitted. Once a monthly subscription is activated, it is non-refundable, and the subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Yearly Subscriptions

Refunds for yearly subscriptions are permitted within the first 3 days of a new billing cycle. To request a refund, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within this 3-day window. After this period, refunds will not be granted, and the yearly subscription will remain active for the remainder of the billing cycle.
