LinkedIn Jobs Robot Automation

November 10, 2024

Hi there! 😊

Thank you for your interest in trying out our AI-powered job portal automation robot that extracts information from LinkedIn Jobs and automates research and outreach. This advanced AI workflow generates numerous meetings for our users, not just recruitment agencies or software development studios. You might already be handling this process manually, so this feature will save you a great deal of time each day by researching relevant companies, finding verified contact emails, and automating email and LinkedIn outreach.

Below are the steps to get started. But first, here’s the LinkedIn post for more context.

Now, onto the fun part—here’s how to get started:

1) sign-up here: https://leadspicker.com/app/sb/signup

2) Onboarding: During onboarding, answer a few quick questions about your tech skills and preferred features to tailor the experience to you.

3) Once inside, head to the playbook and click on "from scratch".

4) Click on Generate leads for your first project

5) Select Robot

6) Select Job postings robot

7) Choose LinkedIn jobs as lead source

8) Enter LinkedIn jobs post search link. Here is an example

9) Keep the "prefer hiring manager" option enabled. If a hiring manager isn’t available in the posting, specify which job titles you'd like to contact. Our automation will then look up these job titles directly on LinkedIn, just as you would manually.

10) In the settings, select “any industry” and “any vacancy.” Set the tracking frequency to every day and choose the maximum number of contacts per company (recommended: 2). When done, click Create Robot.

11)The robot will start running. Depending on the lead volume, you can check back later. You’ll receive an email notification when it’s complete

12) Once complete, go to Contacts to view results.

13) Click on “Columns” and unhide additional fields like job_posting_title, job_link, location, description, and introduction for a detailed view.

14)Enrich Emails: Go to Magic Columns to enrich email data.

15) Voilà! You now have a database of contacts with emails.
